We offer private, bespoke support on any Microsoft 365 related issue, including emails and domains. Support can be fixing a particular issue, or just looking for advice and guidance on making the most of your Microsoft 365 subscription.

Support is bought on a prepaid hourly basis and any unused time will be held over for the next call.

We help you set up your Microsoft 365 Business subscription. We will guide you through the signup process, help install and configure the apps and migrate your existing email and domain.

This process will usually take 1-2 hours. We will ask you for some information beforehand on a free 15-20 minute discovery call to ensure that we have all the relevant information before beginning the process.You can pay for the first hour and if the process takes longer, you can pay for the additional time. Or purchase the two hour setup plan and if there is time left over, we will convert it to support time to answer questions and offer advice.

Microsoft 365 Support

Support on any Microsoft 365 app or configuration issue. All support will be live via a Teams call, with screensharing, transcripts and recordings available.

This is prepaid support time with a Microsoft 365 expert. It can be for advice or to help identify and fix a particular issue. You purchase your time and any time left over can be used for future questions or issues.
